- Shoot the Breeze Marissa Baecker is a freelance photographer & writer based in the Okanagan of British Columbia. She is a published photographer/writer having appeared in various media with cover photos to her credit. The adrenaline thrill of high speed action sports drew her to photographing hockey and her specialty in sports expanded from there. An appreciation of music and the thrill and challenge of capturing artists in their natural form led to photography of live musicians. To date, Marissa has photographed the up and coming musicians right through to the established legends.
